One of the indicators of transparency is the extent to which data of public interest are made public. Thus the third pillar of the project consists of data publicity proceedings, in the framework of which we request data and documents from various authorities, government companies and organisations (data controllers). Data requests are directly connected to professional projects conducted at the Energiaklub, information obtained is always processed and integrated into our projects.

We also study the culture of data provision. We do it for the sake of the fundamental goal to make as much of the data, documents and information in the sector surface and be accessible for the public. We want to make it obvious for all the players of the energy sector that public interest exists as well as the demand to access information.

In the event that the data controller refuses to provide the requested documents and data, we turn to legal remedy, we try to reinforce our right to have access to information through court proceedings.
